About us

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract to buy from us. We sell to consumers with a shipping address in the United States. Children may enjoy our toys, but purchases must be made by an adult.

Products and product information

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, including materials, dimensions, contents, recommended ages, and required safety warnings. Colors and wood grain can vary slightly from screen images. Follow the age guidance and warnings on the product page and packaging, and supervise young children during play. Products are subject to availability.

Prices and currency

All prices are shown and charged in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices do not include sales tax. Shipping charges are shown before you pay. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after confirmation; we will tell you before doing so.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when your payment is confirmed and we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable, a pricing or description error occurred, we suspect fraud or unauthorized use of a payment method, the quantity suggests resale, or the shipping address is outside the United States. We limit purchases to 10 of each item per order.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards, and Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices. Payments are processed by Stripe or Square on their secure checkout pages; see Payments & Security. By paying, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method and you authorize us to charge the order total. We do not add surcharges for paying by card.

Sales tax

We collect sales tax where required by law. Any tax is calculated from your shipping address and shown on the payment page before you pay.

Shipping, title, and risk of loss

We ship as described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers your order to the shipping address you provided. If a package is lost in transit, we will help as described in the Shipping Policy.

Returns, refunds, cancellations, and promotions

Disputes and chargebacks

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us first at contact@kiddoskingdom.store or (714) 740-7452. Most issues can be resolved within a few business days. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights with your card issuer or under consumer protection laws.

Use of our website

You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting unauthorized access, testing stolen payment cards, submitting false information, scraping content, or interfering with its operation. The Kiddos Kingdom name, logo, text, images, and design are owned by Kiddo Kingdom LLC or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Third-party services

Checkout is provided by Stripe and Square, and delivery by shipping carriers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party websites we link to.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is,” and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for personal injury caused by our negligence.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California, unless the law of your state gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms; the version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms and the linked policies are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the website and purchases.
