Legal & Export Restrictions

Geographic restrictions

Our products are offered for sale only to customers with a shipping address in the United States (all 50 states, Washington, D.C., and APO/FPO/DPO). We do not accept orders for delivery outside the United States, and we do not ship to freight forwarders, package consolidators, or reshipping services.

Export controls and sanctions

Our products are sold for personal use in the United States and not for export. We do not sell to persons or entities on U.S. government sanctions lists or to sanctioned countries or regions. If you export a product after purchase, you are responsible for complying with all applicable U.S. export control and sanctions laws (including the Export Administration Regulations and OFAC regulations) and the import laws of the destination country.

Age restrictions

You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live) to make a purchase. Our website is intended for parents, caregivers, and adult gift buyers and is not directed to children under 13.

Our toys are age-graded. Products that contain small parts carry the warning required by federal law: “WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD – Small parts. Not for children under 3 yrs.” Please follow each product’s recommended age and warnings.

Quantity limits and resale

Purchases are limited to 10 units of each item per order for household use. We may cancel orders that appear to be for commercial resale. For wholesale inquiries, contact contact@kiddoskingdom.store.

Licensing and regulated items

No license, permit, or registration is required to buy our products. We do not sell regulated, restricted, or hazardous items, and our toys contain no batteries.

California Proposition 65

If any product we sell requires a California Proposition 65 warning, that warning is shown on the product page before purchase and included with the product.
