Who we are
Kiddos Kingdom is a trade name of Kiddo Kingdom LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Contact: Kiddo Kingdom LLC, 40646 Stetson Ave, Hemet, CA 92544, United States; contact@kiddoskingdom.store; (714) 740-7452.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact form or email or call us: your name, email address, phone number (optional), order reference, and the content of your message. When you start checkout: your email address and the products and quantities in your bag.
Information collected at checkout. Our payment processors, Stripe and Square, collect the information needed to complete your purchase on their secure checkout pages: your name, email address, billing and shipping address, phone number, payment card or wallet details, and order information such as items, amounts, and currency. We receive your name, contact details, shipping address, order details, and a payment reference from them. We never receive your full card number or security code.
Information collected automatically. Our web host records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) for security and troubleshooting. Your browser’s local storage keeps your shopping bag and cookie choice on your device. See our Cookie Policy.
We do not use advertising pixels or third-party analytics, we do not offer customer accounts, and we do not ask for information about children.
How we use your information
- To process, fulfill, ship, and deliver your orders.
- To send order confirmations, shipping and tracking updates, and replies to your questions.
- To handle returns, refunds, cancellations, and disputes.
- To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, card testing, and other misuse of our store.
- To meet legal, tax, accounting, and payment card network obligations.
- To keep our website secure and working properly.
Payment processing (Stripe and Square)
We use Stripe for payment processing, and Square as an alternative payment processor. When you choose one at checkout, you are sent to that provider’s secure checkout page, and your personal and payment information is shared with and processed by that provider so it can complete your payment, prevent fraud, and comply with law.
Payments are processed by Stripe and Square, which are PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. We do not store card details. Stripe may offer Link, which can remember your details for faster checkout if you choose to use it.
Stripe’s privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy. Square’s privacy notice is available at squareup.com/us/en/legal/general/privacy.
Fraud prevention and incomplete checkouts
Payment data, including information about failed, declined, or abandoned transactions, may be used by us, Stripe, and Square to detect and prevent fraud and to keep payment systems secure.
Stripe and Square may collect information you enter on their checkout pages even if you do not complete a purchase. We also keep a record of each checkout you start (email address, items, amount, and status) so that we can confirm payments and investigate problems.
How we share information
We share personal information only with:
- Payment processors (Stripe, Square) to take payments and prevent fraud.
- Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to deliver your order (name, shipping address, and phone number).
- Service providers that host our website and email, under confidentiality obligations.
- Professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, when needed.
- Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights, customers, or others from fraud or harm.
- A successor business, if our business is sold or reorganized.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Marketing and opting out
We only use your email address for the purposes described here. We will not add you to a marketing list without your consent, even if you started or completed checkout.
If you agree to receive marketing emails in the future, every message will include an unsubscribe link. You can also opt out at any time by emailing contact@kiddoskingdom.store with the subject “Unsubscribe.” We honor opt-out requests promptly and within 10 business days. Order and service messages (such as confirmations and shipping updates) are not marketing and will still be sent.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use only essential browser storage. Stripe and Square use cookies on their checkout pages for security, fraud detection, and autofill (such as Stripe Link). Details and your choices are in our Cookie Policy. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information (which we do not do).
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Transaction data may be retained for regulatory and fraud prevention purposes, even after you stop using our website.
- Order, payment, and tax records: generally up to 7 years, as required for tax and accounting.
- Unfinished checkout records: generally up to 12 months.
- Customer service messages: generally up to 24 months.
- Server logs: kept by our web host for a limited period for security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: know and access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate information; delete your information; receive a copy in a portable format; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it); and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
How to make a request: email contact@kiddoskingdom.store with the subject “Privacy request,” or call (714) 740-7452. We will verify your request using the email address and order details we have on file and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent with written permission. Some information may be kept where the law requires it (for example, tax records or fraud prevention), and we will tell you if so.
California residents: in the past 12 months we collected identifiers, commercial information (purchases), and internet activity (server logs) for the business purposes listed above, and disclosed them to the service providers listed above. We have not sold or shared personal information, and we do not use sensitive personal information. Under California’s “Shine the Light” law you may ask about disclosures for direct marketing; we make none.
Children’s privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and Stripe’s and Square’s services cannot be used by children under 13. We sell children’s toys to adults (18 or older). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact contact@kiddoskingdom.store and we will delete it.
International data transfers
We are based in the United States, our store serves U.S. customers, and we process information in the United States. Our payment processors may transfer and store data in other countries, including the United States and India (for Stripe), under their own compliance frameworks, such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. If you visit from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to the United States.
Identity verification and biometric data
We do not use Stripe Identity or any selfie, ID-scan, or biometric verification, and we do not collect biometric data. If we ever need to, we will explain what is collected and ask for your explicit consent first.
How we protect information
Our entire website uses HTTPS encryption. Card payments are handled by PCI DSS–compliant processors, so card numbers never reach our servers. Access to order and customer records is limited to people who need it to run the store. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you of a breach where the law requires.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date shows when it last changed. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
