Payments & Security

Accepted payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices and browsers. The exact wallet options are shown on the payment page.

Currency: all prices and charges are in U.S. dollars (USD). Your card issuer may apply its own conversion or foreign-transaction fees if your card is not in USD.

When you are charged: at the time you complete payment. The charge appears on your statement as Kiddos Kingdom or Kiddo Kingdom LLC. We do not add card surcharges or checkout fees.

How secure checkout works

When you continue to payment, you are sent over an encrypted connection to a checkout page hosted by Stripe or Square. You enter your card or wallet details there, not on our website. The provider processes the payment and tells us only whether it succeeded, with a payment reference. Our servers never receive, process, or store your full card number or security code.

PCI DSS compliance

Stripe and Square are certified PCI DSS Level 1 Service Providers, the highest level of certification in the payment card industry. Because card data is entered only on their hosted pages, our store follows the PCI DSS requirements for merchants that fully outsource card handling, and we complete an annual PCI self-assessment.

Encryption

Our entire website is served over HTTPS with TLS encryption, and browsers are instructed to always use a secure connection (HSTS). Look for the padlock in your browser’s address bar.

Fraud and card-testing protection

We use several layers to stop fraud and card-testing attacks:

• Rate limits on how many checkout attempts can be started from the same connection in a short time.
• Automated-bot detection on checkout and contact forms.
• Prices and totals are calculated on our server, so they cannot be altered in the browser.
• Checkout sessions expire automatically after 30 minutes.
• Stripe Radar and Square’s risk tools screen every payment, and 3D Secure authentication is requested by your bank when needed.
• Payment confirmations are accepted only from cryptographically signed messages sent by Stripe or Square.

We may cancel and refund orders that appear fraudulent. We will never ask for your card number by email, phone, or text. If you notice a charge you do not recognize, contact contact@kiddoskingdom.store right away.

Card network rules

We follow the Visa Core Rules and Visa Product and Service Rules, Mastercard Rules, the American Express Merchant Operating Guide, and Discover Network operating rules. That includes clearly showing our business name and address, customer service contacts, transaction currency, delivery, return, refund, and cancellation policies, and merchant location (United States) before you pay.

Receipts

You receive an order confirmation email from us after payment. If you did not receive it, check your spam folder or contact contact@kiddoskingdom.store.
