Compliance with U.S. toy safety law

Children’s products sold in the United States must comply with the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) and the ASTM F963 toy safety standard, be tested by a CPSC-accepted laboratory, and be covered by a Children’s Product Certificate (CPC) issued by the manufacturer or importer. We only list toys supplied with that documentation, and we can provide a copy of a product’s certificate on request.

Ages and warnings

Every product page shows a recommended age. Toys that contain small parts display the required choking hazard warning on the product page, before you add them to your bag, and on the packaging. Toys marked for 3 years and up are not suitable for children under 3.

Everyday play safety

• Supervise young children during play.
• Remove and discard all packaging before giving a toy to a child.
• Inspect toys regularly for cracks, splinters, or loose parts, and stop using any damaged toy.
• Keep toys for older children away from younger siblings.
• Follow the care instructions for each product.

Recalls

If a product we sold is recalled, we will contact customers who bought it using their order email and explain what to do. You can also check recalls at cpsc.gov/Recalls.

Report a safety concern

If you have a safety concern about a product, stop using it and contact us right away at contact@kiddoskingdom.store or (714) 740-7452. You can also report product safety incidents to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission at SaferProducts.gov.
